The serious subject matter is balanced by a friendly color palette and easy-to-navigate graphic elements, making the browsing experience more personal, while the intentional web design visually guides the eye and directs the reader immediately to the most important information. Representing personas with photos was also a deliberate choice: it conveys within the first few seconds that the product is not intended solely for the older generation.
