With a well-established SEO strategy, precise technical settings, consistent content development and publication, you can maintain a strong presence in Google search. The success of search engine optimization can vary depending on the intensity of competition, your industry and your keywords, but in all cases we strive to achieve the highest possible return on the investment our clients plan to make.

The first thing we always recommend is to conduct a comprehensive on-site SEO audit, during which we identify any search engine optimization errors on your website and suggest ways to correct them and optimise your technical settings. Before starting any search engine optimisation activity, we will record your own and your competitors' search positions and analyse existing link portfolios to measure the impact of any future SEO improvements.

We start laying the groundwork for the strategy by conducting keyword research, which in many cases will result in thousands of search terms. In order to select the keywords on which to base the strategy, keywords are grouped and prioritised by topic, taking into account keyword difficulty and your business goals. To improve the visibility of existing content, we suggest ways to enhance it and SEO optimize the pages. We advise, provide topic ideas and develop a publication plan to create new topics and content.

If you need help with technical adjustments to existing pages, we'll be happy to do it for you. And if you have a trusted developer to do this, we'll double-check to make sure you've fixed the bugs and made the right adjustments. Most of the time, you may need to expand or optimize existing content elements, or simply improve their quality to achieve better SEO results. In addition to all this, we will not only review your previous content, we will also help you to create and publish new SEO optimised content in the future.

The role of external links leading to your website is an extremely important aspect of how your domain is ranked by Google. We therefore consider it important to understand the competitive situation by comparing your own and your competitors' link profile mapped during the audit, to get a clear picture of your own position and the strengths of your competitors, so that we can set realistic targets. The result is a comprehensive link building strategy and development plan, identifying relevant and high-quality backlink opportunities, as well as creating and publishing SEO optimised content on partner sites.

We've gathered the most common questions our clients have asked, hoping the answers will be helpful to you too.
PPC campaigns deliver results almost immediately after they launch, as they instantly drive visitors to your website—who, if you’re lucky, will become prospects or customers. In contrast, the effects of search engine optimization (SEO) are only noticeable over the long term, often after several months. If it were easier to influence Google’s organic search rankings, people would be much less willing to pay for search ads, which would result in a significant loss of revenue for Google. If you want to test a new idea or a landing page, we recommend using paid ads. If you want to build your website’s traffic over the long term, we recommend our SEO service. PPC and SEO are mutually reinforcing. If your website has stronger keyword rankings, you’ll also pay less for ads.
To measure the effectiveness of SEO services, the most common metrics used are the number of search engine listings, the click-through rate (CTR), organic traffic (number of clicks), and search rankings for various keywords. Ultimately, however, it’s not just visitors from Google’s search engine that can be measured, but also the number and value of customers or even purchases, allowing you to calculate a specific return on investment (ROI) based on the investment made in search engine optimization. It’s worth tracking all of this from time to time and comparing the data. In addition to professional SEO software, you can also use Google Search Console for this purpose.
On our website, we present the best practices we use, which, based on our experience, work well during the search engine optimization process. So this is a recommendation on our part, but of course, you may decide that you don’t need certain SEO services and would prefer to handle specific tasks in-house, either on your own or together with your team. At the same time, there are certain workflows that are simply indispensable; for example, without keyword research, it’s impossible to develop a content strategy or create SEO-optimized website content.
Of course, you also have the option of simply purchasing SEO consulting services. This can be a one-time service, for a well-defined project, on a regular basis at certain intervals, or even on an ongoing basis as part of our support services. We maintain ongoing contact with the majority of our clients and work month-to-month to implement pre-agreed search engine optimization tasks.
We do not have pre-defined monthly subscription packages, which is why we do not publish them on our website. We believe that no two market situations are alike, nor are any two websites exactly the same. In every case, we prepare a customized SEO proposal following a preliminary assessment and consultation with the client. In these proposals, we typically suggest several options, from which each client can choose the version that best aligns with their vision and budget.
The competitive landscape in a given country’s market, the domain’s characteristics, its initial state, and the size of the website are the main factors that determine the effort likely required to achieve the desired goal. Starting from scratch with a completely new domain that has never had any content on it is different from working with a website that has an established and well-known brand name. It matters how competitive the keywords are, what the cost-per-click is for ads, and what investments competitors are making to maintain or improve their rankings. You can read more about typical costs in our blog post titled “What Is the Cost of Search Engine Optimization?”
To prepare a preliminary quote, we definitely need your domain name. We also need to understand your goals and business vision so that we can assess the likely intensity of SEO activities required to achieve them. If we determine that the planned investment and the goals to be achieved are not aligned, we will let you know, and in that case, we will not provide a quote.
In our experience, SEO optimization takes an increasingly longer time. While in the past you could see the results of our work after just 3 months, today we typically ask our clients to commit to at least 6–12 months; however, in highly competitive markets, it may take even longer to achieve a noticeable increase in traffic, whether in terms of visitor numbers or conversions. However, search engine optimization is not a one-time task; therefore, to ensure lasting, long-term results, we recommend that you always devote sufficient attention to this area.
