Online event planning with intensive social media campaigns and precise analytics.

We supported the 2020 Service Design Day online conference—which attracted more than 700 participants—with a highly successful two-week social media campaign. The campaign was optimized for lead generation and combined with a remarketing component. During the two-week campaign, we A/B tested six different interest-based audiences and three remarketing audiences with great success. The wide variety of creatives and strategic timing also contributed to the success. The Facebook ad campaign promoted an online Service Design conference that covered the latest trends and findings, branding, customer experience, startups, and service design.
